On the basis of Material Purchase Specification, we order raw materials from agencies. We inspect whether the pipe to determine the qualification
Phosphate Coating
To improve improves the corrosion resistance and durability of abrasion and avoids plastic deformation of steel after chemical reaction, we process phosphate coating on the product.
Cutting Pipe Stock
By cutting the pipes to the required dimension, we make the coupling stock into the couplig blank
Marking & Painting
We mark and paint on the products manufactured in conformance with API standard. Marking include material grade, thread type, Lot. No.; therefore it has a traceability.
CNC
Through CNC machining,
we make coupling
blank into sleeve and thread.
Antirust Oil
In order to prevent erosion during shipping, each coupling is soaked into antirust oil.
MT
After machining threads, we evaluate the properties of material by
non-destructive testing.
Packing
Before we packed our
products into containers,
it is a final inspection in the manufacturing process.
